Scout St: Fall Festival Home

This Fall Festival home for Paras Construction won the People’s Choice award! We went with our favorite crisp modern design and layered in neutrals, texture, and a little bit of edge. When staging models and Fall Festival homes, extra time and consideration go into the design, planning, and procuring of goods. For this home, we dialed up the COOL factor. With the built-in bar near the kitchen, we wanted the home to feel upscale, swanky, and a perfect place to throw a cocktail party for 12 OR snuggle in with a good book and a glass of wine all alone.

Designing a space involves more than just beauty. We are staging for a LIFESTYLE. When walking into Steen Street, it was all about gathering. A table set for a delicious dinner, a cozy sectional for hanging out together, a warm and inviting atmosphere that let you know YOU ARE RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED TO BE.

Modern Waterfront Condo

This modern condo at the waterfront in Coeur d’Alene eludes an upscale yet laid-back approach. Using modern and on-trend decor, we created spaces that a potential buyer could connect with… we want them to envision themselves kicking back with a beverage in hand and watching the birds fly over the water, see the runners on the Centennial Trail, and take in the peace of the river as it flows into Lake Coeur d’Alene.
